INDIA HOUSE is quite satisfied with the Rochester Restaurant Menu Guide and have been pleased with the response to this publication. We would like to include our India House Vegetarian Cafe menu in the next Menu Guide. Please let us now before the guide is reprinted so we can update the India House Restaurant Menu and add our Vegetarian Cafe menu.

I wish to tell you how helpful the book has been not only to me but also the Regency Club attendants, Bellstand, Focus Lounge Bar and to the Front desk staff. We keep this book always close by, because it not only shows our guests menus and information on each specific restaurant but it also gives us marvelous colorful photographs of each of the places. The book makes it easier for us to communicate to our guests, the beautiful places we would like them to enjoy in Rochester during their stay, and the variety of options each restaurant offers. It is amazing how enthusiastic our Front Desk Staff was about showing our guess all the restaurants around our hotel. We tried to put our own guide together a couple of years ago, but there was never this much excitement about the area restaurants. The staff enjoys the ease of the Guide when a guest asks for a restaurant with a specific type of food. The information you have supplied on each restaurant is awesome! The guests at the hotel love the professional presentation of the Guide. Our relocating guests, especially, are very excited to be able to learn more about the restaurants with the Guide.

What a huge success your Rochester Menu Guide is! Due to a large amount of business we refer to the area restaurants, it certainly frees up our guest service representative's time and makes it much more convenient to let the guests have the opportunity to look through the menus with a user-friendly map to the location of their choice.
